In addition to the information detailed above, the Online Pre-registration Ticket Purchase Form requires a Ticket Count, Credit Card Number, and Credit Card Expiration Date.

Information Usage
Your First and Last Name, and e-Mail address, First and Last Name, e-Mail Address, Mailing Address, City, State, Zip Code, Day Phone, Evening Phone and Wedding Date may be used to notify you about an upcoming event or change of schedule. The information above, along with the credit card information is used to process an Online Ticket Order. The Services Needed information is used to provide you information about local wedding professionals in those service categories.
